The Sundee House
Architect - Marlene Imirzian & Associates
Products used: Kolbe Windows & DoorsA part of the Phoenix Historic Preservation Society project, this home was transplanted to its current location and completely restored.
All the window on this project had to meet strict historic preservation guidelines. Wood exterior was chosen with Kolbe's K-Kron paint. True divided lite and color choices all reflect this homes original charm while custom sized, special brickmoulding was all designed to make this home look new but vintaged.
